There are far more important matters where money allocated for this could be spent. My 3.5 year old granddaughter has been waiting since birth for an operation on her face. The health service is on its knees & rather than give this money annually to help you propose 36 additional MS to improve scrutiny.
It would be laughable if it wasn’t true
